Millions of Americans spend their days and nights in misery because they aren’t armed with the information they need to eliminate chronic neck and pain. They are forced to give up lucrative jobs and activities that they love. For some, even simple everyday activities like getting out of bed and walking can trigger bouts of misery.
How about you? Wouldn’t it be nice if you could reach down and pick up your child without flinching or being able to actually enjoy riding a bike? Imagine how wonderful it would be to wake up feeling refreshed without a stiff neck or throbbing pain in your lower back.
In most cases, back pain is needless because there are numerous drug-free methods that are proven for neck and back pain relief that are safe and natural.
So what causes millions of people to suffer from back pain and neck pain?
There are multiple physical and emotional triggers. Back pain and neck pain are often related to the soft tissues, boney parts of the back and neck and the joints that hold the spine in alignment. Long hours sitting at computers, sedentary lifestyles, poor posture, nutritional deficiencies and obesity are some of the major culprits.
The simple tasks of daily life can take a toll on your body. How you “carry” yourself through the day is extremely important. Proper posture is vital for both your muscles and your spine. All muscles are interconnected so you should not neglect or dismiss any muscle as being small and unimportant. If your pain is due to muscle strains, then you will inevitably experience additional pain if the muscle is not healed as it will place additional strain on the surrounding muscles which now have to support it.
Emotional turmoil can also trigger pain in the neck and back. The physical manifestations of stress include headaches, stomach aches, chest pain and neck pain. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to identify the emotional causes of physical pain. Most doctors aren’t aware of the role that the mind plays in managing and relieving pain. Because of this, they often prescribe treatments that deal only with the symptoms, not the causes.
Because back pain does not have one “single” cause there is not one “single” treatment that works. That is why modern medicine has failed to relieve back pain in millions of cases. Traditionally back pain has been treated using protocols that are expensive, dangerous and ineffective. But by listening to your body and taking the initiative to explore the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of healing, you can vastly improve your potential for a vibrant, pain-free life.
When given the right tools, the body can heal itself. Are you ready to start the journey?
