One of the biggest reasons that people would feel back pain is because of being forced to sit down in seats that were not ergonomically designed. Imagine sitting in an office chair for 8 hours, which does not allow you to seat comfortably would definitely cause you to develop a poor posture that can strain your back muscles and joints.
This reality is further worsened if the person is already suffering from a form of back pain. Yes, they may have already taken treatments for it, but sitting down in such an awkward position without any support would definitely be a cause for a relapse of the pain.

It is also shaped and sized in such a way that you would be able to comfortably sit with support for your upper back all the wya to your sacrum ( large, triangular bone at the base of the spine). The great thing with the Freedom Back support pillow is that it easily allows me to convert regular, un-ergonomic chairs into one that would be able to fully support my back. It is a great accesory for people who would need the additional support because they are recovering from an injury or just because they want to prevent one from happening.
It is easy to use as well. I would simply have to position it in the chair and it would be ready to give you the back support that you need.
What they Could Improve on:
It is a bit unwieldy:Because the freedom back support pillow tried to support the entire back, it is naturally designed to be a tad large. This makes it difficult to bring around when i am not taking my car with me to work.
I would have preferred something that can be easily folded. However, this is an acceptable trade off as the size really helps in supporting the entire back and buttocks area.
Conclusion:
I would definitely recommend the Freedom Back Support Pillow for anyone who would want to have ample support for their back region. It is a great cushion for people who are trying to recover from back pain, as well as a great way for people to prevent it from happening altogether.
The built in massager is also a very welcome bonus, as it would really help in making you feel relaxed even when you are having a stressful time at the office.
