			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people are suffering from chronic back pain. For some people, it is such a common experience that they have just decided to live with it and not do anything about it. They have resigned themselves to it, and are just considering it as a minor thing.</p>
<p>Of course, the problem with this is that as you keep on ignoring it or accepting it, the back pain could worsen. It could lead from being a minor discomfort into something that would give your crippling pain that would hinder you from doing your normal day to day activities.</p>
<p>To be able to avoid this fate, here are three things that you can do today that would help prevent you from having back pains:</p>
<p><strong>1. Try to find some time for exercise:</strong></p>
<p>One of the ways to avoid back pain would be to strengthen your muscles.
